⏰3 tips to waking up before 5am⏰
1. Know your WHY- your why is what ultimately gets you out of bed every morning. Know the reasons behind your actions, and think about that before falling asleep. This gets you excited to jump out of bed.
2. Be PREPARED- plan & lay things out the night before. Less decisions mean less thinking.. & sometimes thinking is hard that early in the morning.
3. Get enough REST- make this routine. Understand what your body requires. I personally thrive off 5-6 hours 6 days a week with a 5-20 min meditative rest midday. 😴
Don’t expect to change your morning routine overnight. It takes trial and error, snoozed alarms, & oversleeping to get there.
